I adore all things flowers, parties, fashion, style, and if you could not guess weddings. Obsessed would be a better word. I absolutely love what I do, it is truly my passion. I love hearing my couples stories, how they met, how he/she proposed, and their dreams for how they want the day they begin their new life together to look, to feel. Weddings create such moments of excitement and are all about the emotions. A little more about me... I was born in Ft. Worth, Texas so love all things glitz and glamour, and of course those with Southern Charm. I moved to Florida in 1997 and have 2 beautiful children. As a child I knew I had to have a career that allowed me to be creative and to connect with people. After spending years in the hospitality industry, I decided to branch out on my own and do something that I loved, creating JM Design Group. Originally what started with just designing florals and styling weddings, slowly lead me to helping my clients plan their events after seeing so many of them struggle with all of the details. Five years ago I changed the name of my company to Julie Miner Events and have not looked back. I have had the privilege to travel all throughout Florida, several states, as well as Mexico, to plan and design weddings.
