How many years have you been in business and what do you like the most about it?
We began in 2010 as Tootles Tea Parties but relaunched as Tootles Event Sitters in November 2018. We love having OODLES of FUN with the littlest guests while the parents get to fully enjoy their evening.
What steps do you take to make couples’ experience with you as pleasant and memorable as possible?
We are known for our speedy and knowledgeable customer service. We start by taking down details pertaining to the clients’ special day, their needs, and the needs of the children, and then we send them a proposal/contract to get their date secured. We don’t need any further details until approximately 30-days before their event. This is when we will finalize the number of children, pre-registrations, location and time details, sitters working at their wedding, and final payment. We have contact with the couple throughout the entire process and are available to answer any questions or handle concerns as they arise.
Do you have a piece of advice for engaged couples?
Remember to take time to BREATHE. Planning a wedding can be stressful, but if you remember to take moments to breathe… you’ll be able to enjoy the excitement along the way! This day is being created for the two of you and it’s important to remember that during the planning. Have fun!
