Each year, the CFWA hosts a highly anticipated full-day educational and networking summit. This conference, now five years running, was created by wedding pros for wedding pros to promote and encourage ethical business practices, industry-wide collaboration, and lifelong learning. We source well-respected and regarded industry leaders across the nation to share their high level of expertise through engaging and actionable presentations, roundtables, breakout sessions, and one-on-ones.

The annual CFWA Summit welcomes in-person and virtual attendees comprised of wedding and event professionals and hospitality students. Q: How much does it cost?

A: CFWA Members are provided one complimentary ticket and additional tickets for their employees starting at $100.00+ each.

 

Non-member tickets are as follows:

 

Conference tickets:

Early Bird Registration: $235.00+ if purchased by July 11th

Regular Registration: starting at $250.00+ if purchased by August 31st

Late Registration:

starting at $275.00+ must be purchased by September 18th

Q: What is included in registration fee?

A: Ticket prices include general sessions, breakout sessions, The Mission Inn’s breakfast buffet and lunch and all-day beverages including coffee and soft drinks.

 

Q: What should I wear?

A: Attendees generally wear business attire. During the day, you will be moving throughout the conference spaces, including in and outside, so wear comfortable and appropriate clothing and shoes. Dress in layers as it can be chilly from the air conditioning. Pick your favorite outfit that makes you feel confident and comfortable and ready to network.
